Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams
  • Ground lamb - 100 grams
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Yogurt - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce - 2 leaves

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and browned.
