- Ground lamb - 100 grams
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Yogurt - 100 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 2 leaves
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and browned.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
