Steps

  1. Wash the cucumber and cherry tomatoes thoroughly. Dice the cucumber into small cubes and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the red onion. Finely chop the fresh parsley.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped parsley.
  4. Crumble the feta cheese into the bowl with the vegetables.
