- Fresh parsley - 30 grams, chopped
- Fresh dill - 20 grams, chopped
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Egg - 1 large
- Breadcrumbs - 50 grams
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
Steps
- In a food processor, add the white fish fillet and pulse until it reaches a finely minced consistency.

- Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Serve hot with a side of fresh salad or tzatziki.
