- Whole fish (such as sea bass or trout) - 400 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon slices - 2 slices for garnish
Steps
- Begin by cleaning the fish and patting it dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Rub the marinade generously over the fish, making sure to coat the inside of the cavity as well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove the fish from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and extra parsley if desired.
