  • Feta cheese - 100 grams, crumbled
  • Ricotta cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh dill - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Egg - 1, beaten
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, chopped parsley, chopped dill, beaten egg, black pepper, and salt, mixing well until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Lay one sheet of yufka on a clean surface and brush it lightly with olive oil. Place another sheet on top and brush it again with olive oil.
  4. Take about 1/4 of the cheese mixture and spread it along one edge of the layered yufka sheets.
  5. Roll the yufka tightly around the filling to form a log shape, then curl it into a spiral.
  6. Repeat the process with the remaining yufka sheets and filling.
  7. Place the spirals on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with olive oil.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
