  • Ground beef - 100 grams
  • Red onion - 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, red onion, garlic, red bell pepper, parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Once rested, divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it adheres.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
