- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, ground beef, red onion, garlic, red bell pepper, parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Once rested, divide the meat mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing firmly to ensure it adheres.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the meat is browned and cooked through.
