  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before use)

Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
  2. Mix the ingredients well using your hands until fully combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and mold each portion around a skewer to form long sausage-like shapes.
  4. Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil on all sides.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once heated, place the kebabs on the grill.
  6. Cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are well browned and cooked through.
  7. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
