Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, finely chopped red onion, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
- Mix the ingredients well using your hands until fully combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and mold each portion around a skewer to form long sausage-like shapes.
- Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil on all sides.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once heated, place the kebabs on the grill.
- Cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are well browned and cooked through.
