Ingredients
- Almond flour - 200 grams
- Coconut flour - 30 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2 large
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut oil - 50 grams, melted
- Almond milk - 60 ml
- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and almond milk until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round bun.
- Place the buns on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with a little extra melted coconut oil.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each bun.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
