- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Agave syrup - 1 teaspoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, chopped
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Wash the long green beans and trim the ends. Cut them into 2-inch pieces.
- Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp, then immediately transfer them to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process.
