- Calamari rings - 100 grams
- Mussels (cleaned) - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper (sliced) - 1/2
- Cucumber (sliced) - 1/2
- Cherry tomatoes (halved) - 100 grams
- Red onion (thinly sliced) - 1/4
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 3 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 15 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
