  • Coconut sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed

Steps

  1. Wash the winged beans thoroughly and trim the ends. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Blanch the winged beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched winged beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, coconut sugar, and chili flakes until the sugar is dissolved.
