- Fresh mint - 20 grams, chopped
- Lime juice - 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Peanut (roasted, crushed) - 30 grams
Steps
- Peel and cut the cooked yam into bite-sized cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
