- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - for frying

Steps
- Start by preparing the catfish: season the fillets with salt and coat them in rice flour.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the catfish until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, remove and drain on paper towels.
