  • Lettuce - 2 cups, shredded

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
  3. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and marinate in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
