- beef sirloin - 200 grams
- lime juice - 2 tablespoons

- chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- fresh cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
- fresh mint - 20 grams, chopped
- mixed salad greens - 2 cups
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Season the beef sirloin with salt and pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your preference.
- Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and chili flakes to create the dressing.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced beef, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together gently.
