Ingredients

  • Yam (sweet potato) - 200 grams

  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh mint leaves - 10 grams
  • Fresh cilantro leaves - 10 grams
  • Chopped roasted peanuts - 30 grams
  • Shredded coconut (unsweetened) - 20 grams
  • Shallots - 2, thinly sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large

Steps

  1. Peel and cube the yam into 1-inch pieces. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender, then drain and allow to cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, coconut sugar, fish sauce, and chili flakes until the sugar dissolves.
