- Grilled fish (snapper or tilapia) - 200 grams
- Cucumber - 100 grams, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
- Fresh mint - 20 grams, chopped
- Lime juice - 30 ml
- Fish sauce - 15 ml
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Season the fish with a pinch of salt and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool, then flake into large pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and mint.
