  • Fresh mint - 30 grams, chopped

  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Roasted peanuts - 30 grams, crushed

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked jasmine rice, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, and chopped mint.
