- Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced

- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Peanut oil - for frying
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a frying pan, heat enough peanut oil to cover the bottom over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them until the edges are crispy and the yolks are cooked to your preference. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
