- Glass noodles - 100 grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, julienned
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (vegetarian) - 1 tablespoon
- Tofu - 150 grams, cubed
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Steps
- Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 15 minutes until softened, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cubed tofu to the pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return the tofu to the pan and add the softened glass noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and sesame seeds, mixing well before serving.
