- Firm tofu - 200 grams, pressed and sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 medium, sliced
- Fresh lime juice - 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, soy sauce, chili flakes, minced garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add the sliced tofu and vegetables (red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion) to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the marinated tofu and vegetables on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are charred and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and let them cool slightly before slicing the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- In a serving bowl, combine the grilled tofu and vegetables with chopped cilantro and mint. Toss gently to mix.
