  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, minced garlic, and chili flakes until smooth to create the satay sauce.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread the satay sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  5. In a bowl, toss the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, thinly sliced red onion, and broccoli florets with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
