- Broccoli - 100g
- Carrot - 50g (sliced thinly)
- Red bell pepper - 50g (sliced)
- Snow peas - 50g
- Baby corn - 50g (cut into halves)
- Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
- Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon (grated)
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Lime - 1 (juiced)
- Fresh basil - 10g (for garnish)
Steps
- Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, carrot, red bell pepper, snow peas, and baby corn to the pan, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes until they are just tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, and season with black pepper. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over the stir-fry.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
