- Shrimp - 200 grams (peeled and deveined)

- Tom Yum paste - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
- Red chili - 1 (sliced)
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Green onion - 1 (sliced)
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine riced cauliflower, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and egg. Mix well to form a dough.
- Spread the cauliflower dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a pizza crust. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- While the crust is baking, heat a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic and sliced red chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the Tom Yum paste and coconut milk, mixing well.
