- Thai bird's eye chilies - 2, smashed
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Mushrooms, sliced - 100 grams (e.g., shiitake or oyster)

Steps
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the chopped lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and smashed chilies. Let it simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
