  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Chicken broth - 500 ml
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili - 1, sliced (optional)
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil.
  2. Add the chopped lemongrass, galangal, and torn kaffir lime leaves to the broth.
