- Mushrooms (sliced) - 100 grams
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- In a pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil.
- Add the bruised lemongrass, sliced galangal, and kaffir lime leaves to the boiling stock.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Add the sliced pork shoulder to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is tender.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and bird's eye chilies, and let them cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Season the soup with fish sauce and lime juice, adjusting to taste.
