  • Mushrooms - 100 g, sliced
  • Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Cilantro - 10 g, chopped
  • Chili peppers - 1, sliced (optional)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, combine the coconut milk and chicken broth over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced galangal, chopped lemongrass, and torn kaffir lime leaves to the pot.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and let them cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the crab meat and cook until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Season the soup with fish sauce and lime juice, adjusting to taste.
  7. If desired, add sliced chili peppers for heat.
