  • Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut milk - 50 ml
  • Peanut butter - 3 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Skewers - 4 pieces

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, curry powder, garlic powder, and coconut milk to create a marinade.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 10 minutes.
  4. While the tofu marinates, prepare the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, maple syrup, chili sauce, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  5. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat.
  6. Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the skewers.
  7. Grill the tofu skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly charred.
