- Firm tofu - 300 grams

- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut milk - 50 ml
- Peanut butter - 3 tablespoons
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Skewers - 4 pieces
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, curry powder, garlic powder, and coconut milk to create a marinade.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them soak for at least 10 minutes.
- While the tofu marinates, prepare the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, maple syrup, chili sauce, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto the skewers.
- Grill the tofu skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly charred.
- Serve the grilled tofu skewers hot with the peanut sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
