- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Green beans - 50 grams, chopped
- Red curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Rice flour - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Steps
- Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped green beans, red curry paste, fresh coriander, lime juice, rice flour, salt, and black pepper to the crumbled tofu.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, forming a sticky mixture.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Using your hands, form the tofu mixture into small patties, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
- Carefully place the patties into the hot oil, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Fry each patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the patties and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with a lime wedge and your choice of dipping sauce.
