Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons

  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Thai chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, and honey to create the sauce.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the pizza base.
  6. Top the pizza with shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and red onion.
  7. Sprinkle fresh cilantro and Thai chili flakes over the top for added flavor.
