  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Cucumber - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, fish sauce, chili flakes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the dressing.
