- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Green onions - 2, sliced

- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon

- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Cucumber - ½, sliced
- Carrot - 1, grated
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, chili paste, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the cucumber, grate the carrot, and wash the lettuce leaves.
