- Fresh basil - 15 grams, chopped
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lemongrass - 1 stalk, finely minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, combine chopped coriander, basil, minced garlic, minced lemongrass, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, red chili flakes, vegetable oil, and salt to create the marinade.
