- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lemongrass - 1 stalk, finely minced
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped cilantro, basil, mint, minced garlic, minced lemongrass, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked and have a nice golden-brown crust.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the cucumber salad by mixing sliced cucumber and red onion in a bowl. Add lime juice, a pinch of salt, and toss lightly.
- To assemble the burgers, spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked chicken patty on top, followed by the cucumber salad. Drizzle with chili sauce, then top with the other half of the bun.
