  • Peanuts - 30 grams, crushed
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Agave syrup or honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the julienned green papaya, carrot, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
