- egg - 1, beaten
- bread crumbs - 50 grams
- burger buns - 2
- mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- sliced cucumber - 50 grams
- sliced tomato - 50 grams

Steps
- In a food processor, combine the fish fillet, green beans, red curry paste, fish sauce, lime juice, and cilantro. Pulse until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
- Transfer the fish mixture to a bowl and mix in the beaten egg and bread crumbs until fully incorporated. Form the mixture into two burger patties.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Fry the fish cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
