- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - ¼ cup, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup, and coconut milk until smooth to create the peanut sauce.
