Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Peanut butter - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - ¼ cup, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sriracha, maple syrup, and coconut milk until smooth to create the peanut sauce.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion evenly on top of the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with lime juice, then sprinkle with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
  9. Slice and serve hot.
