- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Scallions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, lime juice, chili powder, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
