- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Fresh mint - a handful, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - for serving
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, coconut sugar substitute, minced garlic, and chopped red chili to make the marinade.
- Slice the beef sirloin thinly against the grain and add it to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
- While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad by combining sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.
