Ingredients
- Pizza dough - 250 grams
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 150 grams
- Thai BBQ sauce - 50 ml
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2
- Carrot, julienned - 1 small
- Green onions, chopped - 2
- Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Peanut sauce - 30 ml
- Lime wedges - 2
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Thai BBQ sauce until well-coated.
- Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the chicken.
- Evenly distribute the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot over the cheese.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for added flavor.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro.
- Drizzle peanut sauce over the top and serve with lime wedges on the side.
