- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the oyster mushrooms to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare the grill or barbecue to a medium heat. Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
