  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Wooden skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the oyster mushrooms to the marinade and toss gently to coat. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare the grill or barbecue to a medium heat. Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.
