- Pizza dough - 200 grams

- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Coconut milk - 50 ml
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Thai basil leaves - 30 grams, plus extra for garnish
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon, optional
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- In another bowl, combine the tomato sauce, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread this sauce evenly over the dough.
- Top the pizza with sliced red bell pepper, mushrooms, and red onion.
- Sprinkle the Thai basil leaves over the vegetables, reserving a few for garnish.
- If desired, sprinkle chili flakes over the top for added heat.
