- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- Press the tofu for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 1.5 cm thick slices.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, lime juice, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
