Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas - 2 medium

  • Coconut milk - 60 ml
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil - for frying

Steps

  1. Peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut flour, arrowroot powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Add the mashed bananas, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.
  5. Spoon dollops of the batter into the hot oil, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
  6. Fry the fritters for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
