  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Tamarind paste - 3 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Red onion - 1, thinly sliced
  • Fresh spinach - 100 grams
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish
  • Chili flakes - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the tamarind paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the tamarind glaze.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  5. Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the tamarind glaze evenly over the surface.
  6. Layer the sliced red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh spinach on top of the glaze.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded vegan mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh cilantro and chili flakes.
