- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the tamarind paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the tamarind glaze.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
