- Tomato sauce - 100 grams
- Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce with 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce and spread it evenly over the pizza base.
- In a separate bowl, toss the sliced bell pepper, red onion, zucchini, and mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
