- Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons

- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
