Ingredients

  • Whole grain spaghetti - 160 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 4 cloves
  • Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce, low sodium - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Carrots, julienned - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the whole grain spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the julienned carrots and sliced bell pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
