  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 150 grams
  • Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 50 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2, for garnish
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Sriracha sauce until well coated.
